Boarding
Our kennels provide comfortable, secure accommodation for our guests, whether they are just holidaying or are training adventure.
The kennels have been constructed to the highest specification using easy clean hygienic, resilient materials.
We welcome inspections from clients.
What to bring
We do not require you to bring anything , we provide beds and blankets aswell as food and treats! However if your dog is is on a special diet (raw feeds or medicated food) we encourage you to bring that and we will feed accordingly as per your instructions
What to expect for you and your dog
When you arrive at our kennels you and your dog will be greeted by one of our friendly staff, who will discuss your dogs requirements for their stay.
Drop off & Pick-up times: Hours are strictly 8.30am-11 am by appointment, Pm Drop times are subject to change seasonally. However, if you would like this, please let us know and we can let you know our evening times.
Vaccinations: On drop off, you must bring with you the current vaccination details (unless provided) for your pet/s which must meet our requirements. We will not accept pets into the facility without this information. All pets must be up to date with their flea & worm
treatments.
Boarding rates: The daily rates are $35 per day per dog and starts on the day they arrive and for each day that follows.
Any booking may require a deposit Deposits are non-refundable and remaining balances must be paid.
Public Holidays: Whilst the kennels is in full operation on public holidays, we do not take arrivals or departures on these days
Pet Behaviour: For the safety of staff and other dogs in our facility we must be informed of any undesirable behaviours your dog may have. We reserve the right to refuse admission to dogs into the Kennels with unpredictable, disruptive, destructive, or truly aggressive behaviour.
